Erizo Loader / Unloader

Versatile accumulator of compact dimensions and high capacity. Designed and built to meet the Techno-System quality and functionality standards, the Erizo is very reliable and needs almost no maintenance. Easy to adjust and program, it can work as a loader, unloader or buffer by simply pressing a button.

The Erizo with a carrying capacity of 60 or 100 boards handles boards as wide as 762 mm (30") and thickness ranging from 0.1 mm to 4 mm. In addition options such as conveyors, cooling system or kits for innerlayer handling are available an can be easily installed by the customer as his/her automation needes evolve. This flexibility asures that there will always be an Erizo configuration that will match your loading requirements.

NEW ERIZO 407

The company Techno System has developed a new Erizo 60 that can be equipped with a cooling system in order to go down the temperature of hot panels.The Erizo 60 407 allows you to handle panels from 1 mm. to 3,5 mm., and it can also be used as a buffer in the middle of line, with an option on 1 or 2 conveyors to be added (entry and exit).The features described for the Erizo 60 are the same technical characteristics for the Erizo 100 model.
